Finger adjustable turret adapter for your scope?

I am looking for a thread adapter for a rifle scope with conventional windage and lift towers, allowing me to move them by hand, instead of having to use a screwdriver all the time. Do not even know whether or not, and I've never seen one, but I have heard of them, and if they are real, I'd like to see about buying a pair for my reach. I can not afford to buy a better level now. Has anyone seen these, and know where I can find something? I'm not looking to replace the tower itself. I'm looking for something to screw in place of the cap, give me something to grap ahold of Turn the dial by hand. An adapter "so to speak.
