What does it mean when my chest radiographs read "Heart enlargement (CTR = 0.68)?"?

"No infiltrates parenchyma defined. The hemidiaphragms and sulci are intact. Bony thorax is normal. Printing: "I have had cardiomyopathy for 7 cardiomegally years, and take medications maint. My doctor would say that in the past, is a safety valve on the left side of my heart. That my condition is that my heart enlarged is not reversible, so that the medicines only maintain or extend my life. I was diagnosed at 33 years of age, days of 2000. Now I have 40, my doctors keep saying that his equal. I am a man, and formerly an athlete for my country, blah, blah, blah … life!
