Permanent Cure for food cravings, mood swings, and Addiction

You may have heard that chemical imbalances can cause depression, mood swings and other mental problems. But did you know that cravings food, weight problems, yo-yo dieting, and binge drinking could also be the result of chemical imbalances? You see, your brain contains chemicals called neurotransmitters.

The neurons in the brain use these chemicals to communicate. Create a mood, confidence, self esteem, and many other emotions. There are several key neurotransmitters, including serotonin, GABA and catecholamines. These chemicals should be in balance for health brain function. And each plays a different role.

You can see these features more clearly when the body becomes deficient. For example, a deficiency of serotonin may cause you to struggle with worry, anxiety, obsession, winter blues, and low self-esteem. You may have panic attacks, phobias, fibromyalgia, TMJ, insomnia, suicidal thoughts, hyperactivity, and an aversion to hot weather. And it would use the drinks, drugs or carbohydrates to raise your mood.

A conventional doctor might prescribe an SSRI for depression. Block the reuptake of serotonin from its neuronal synapses. SSRIs can be highly addictive and have many uncomfortable and even life threatening "side effects."

These can range from liver failure and metabolic problems suicide and murder. In addition, these drugs do not even correct the problem. All they do is to mask an underlying deficiency of the neurotransmitter. Although the real problem is a deficiency of serotonin, which does not encourage your body to produce more.

They help nerve cells only cling to a deficient supply. When they stopped, your problem may worsen. You will get a 50-80% of the toxicity of abstinence. Withdrawal symptoms include anxiety, dizziness, sleep disturbances, fatigue, flu-like symptoms, depression, tingling or electric shock sensations. But serotonin is not the only deficiency of the neurotransmitter possible. Here are several possibilities:

• One of catecholamines (dopamine, norepinephrine) deficiency can cause a lack of energy, focus and concentration. You may get bored easily. And you could have more sleep than usual. Cocaine users may be deficient in catecholamines. Cocaine masks the problem, but makes it much worse. It eliminates your body's natural production. And you might crave stimulants such as caffeine, chocolate, and amphetamines.

• A phenylethylamine (PEA) deficiency is a common cause of depression. The drug selegiline prevents your body break down food. Exercise PEA increases, so that may be responsible for the discharge of the common "rider." Some researchers refer to the EAP as the "molecule of love." That is because it is found in chocolate. This could be why you're a chocoholic or desperately in need of training.

• Deficiency GABA may cause you to crave alcohol and sedatives, like Valium or Xanax. You may feel stiff, tense, stressed, unable to relax or let go, wired, overwhelmed, or burned out. This is because GABA is an inhibitory neurotransmitter.
