They are free standing punch bags Torso good man? ..?

Ok I got into a fight the other night in the car park of a pub and realized that I as a limp wristed pussy punch. I won the fight, but I was all the store with my shots just want something to practice for the accuracy of my shots and work power. I bought an e-bay anyway so this question seems a bit pointless. I liked the idea of hitting something that resembles a person, not just Bob the cheapest version was like a red rubber body was only 30 pounds more expensive than a regular free standing bag, so I thought what the hell .. Are good?

I would say no, because 1. Probably not cling to the drill at a height that your comfortable with angles instead of changing to adapt to a multitude any struggles you may have. 2. Not much resistance when it hit, so theres no strong bones of the carpus no 3. You really can not work closely with her, as the big black base occupies much space as well. I have to say a heavy bag that hangs still be the best option.
