Leg
A well defined and developed body is important for overall health and appearance of a body. How many times have you seen a guy with a big upper body and toothpick legs. This not only looks bad, can lead to injuries and cause stress on the knees and hamstring injuries. Leg Exercise helps with the overall development of your body. You should spend an equal amount of time performing leg exercises as does the upper body. To achieve a good defined, strong and balanced legs you must incorporate several leg exercises. His leg exercise training must have different exercises from different angles to develop all parts of his legs. Developing strong legs is crucial to preventing injuries to other muscles during exercises.
For best results we have to do 6-10 repetitions of each exercise of the leg. Choose a weight that you can make up to 10 for three sets. Once you can do 10 and then move to a higher weight to the results maximum. You can build your muscles in the legs by a variety of leg exercises with and without weight.
Choose at least two years of the thighs and the entire group the quadriceps. Always bend your legs for the hamstrings. Every week or so change exercises within each group.

All Tights
Leg press
Sitting on a machine leg press, the position of the feet together against should cross over-width apart and toes pointed slightly outward. Grasp the handles or the sides of the seat. Bend your knees and lower the weight as far as possible without changing the position of the hips. Do not lose the weight so far that your hips start to curl of your seat! Then slowly push the weight back using the heel, No toe. Do not lock your knees at the top, but rather have the weight just before the lock. And as to reduce the weight back slowly. You can change foot position to vary the angle of the muscle.
Chubby
This is the best exercise for the legs of size, power, and development general of his leg, may also be the most dangerous. Make sure you have proper form when performing this exercise.
Hack squat
It is time weight lifting
Place a barbell on your shoulders as you would if you were doing Barbell Squats. Raise a flat bench with your left leg. Then step with your right leg so they are now standing on the bench. Leg extension
Using a machine for leg extension, sit in the seat and hook your feet under the padded bar. This is the best exercise to tone the legs of the quads with an added level near the knees.
Side Squat
Double jump leg power
Cross your arms over your chest. With your head up and its position, back straight down to shoulder width. Squat until your thighs are parallel to higher or lower to the ground. Jump up in the air as high as possible, using thighs like springs. Immediately crouch down and jump again. You can also do with a bar at the top of your back or with weights hanging at the sides.
Hamstrings
Leg Curl
Lie face down on a curl machine and leg-heel hook under the roller pad. The legs should be stretched so that the pads rest on the back of the ankles. Understanding the handles on the bench for support. Remaining flat the bench, bend your legs until your hamstrings are fully contracted. Emissions and lower the weight slowly to starting position. Concentrate on using a full range of motion and do not SWING the weight up. You can point your toes to intensify the burn in your hamstrings.
This is probably the best leg exercise for the hamstring area
